1. Acceptance of Terms

Is website aur humari services ko use karke, aap yeh confirm karte ho ki:

  • Aapne saare Terms & Conditions ko dhyaan se padh liya hai.

  • Aap ise poori tarah accept karte ho, bina kisi objection ke.

  • Aapke dwara diya gaya saara information (name, business details, content, instructions) sahi aur valid hai.

  • Order place karte hi aap ek legally binding agreement me enter kar rahe ho.

Hum kabhi bhi in Terms ko update kar sakte hai, aur updated version website par post kar diya jayega. Website ka continued use ka matlab updated terms ka acceptance hota hai.

2. Order Confirmation & Production Timeline

2.1 Order Confirmation

Order tabhi confirm maana jayega jab:

  • Advance payment receive ho jaye.

  • Client saara required content, details, instructions time par provide kare.

  • Project scope clearly finalize ho jaye.

Agar client content late deta hai ya communication slow hota hai, to project timeline automatic delay ho jayega — jisme hum responsible nahi honge.

2.2 Production Timeline

Approx timelines (ye requirement ke hisaab se change ho sakti hain):

  • Basic Website: 3–7 working days

  • Business Website: 5–10 working days

  • E-commerce Website: 10–20 working days

  • Logo / Banner / Graphics: 1–3 working days

  • Ads Setup (Facebook/Google): 24–48 hours

Note:
Revisions, extra pages, new features, ya third-party integrations project timeline ko extend kar sakte hain.

3. Payments

  • Saare payments 100% advance ya milestone-based hote hain, jo project type ke hisaab se decide hota hai.

  • Payment ek baar ho jane ke baad non-transferable & non-adjustable hoti hai.

  • Hosting, domain, plugins, themes, ads budget, ya third-party services ka cost separate hota hai.

  • Project tabhi start hoga jab minimum required payment receive ho jaye.

Agar client payment time par clear nahi karta, to project automatic hold ho jayega bina koi prior notice ke.

4. Return & Refunds (STRICT Policy)

Hum digital services provide karte hai, jisme ek baar work start hone ke baad refund possible nahi hota. Strict policy ye hai:

❌ No Refund in These Cases (NON-REFUNDABLE):

  • Project me 10% ya usse zyada kaam start ho chuka ho.

  • Content client ne late diya aur delay hua ho.

  • Client plan change kare ya cancel kar de.

  • Website, graphics, ads setup, logo, ya koi bhi deliverable already create ho chuka ho.

  • Third-party expenses jaise domain, hosting, SSL, plugins, ads budget purchase ho chuke ho.

  • Client communication band kar de ya unreachable ho jaye.

  • Client expectations “unlimited changes” jaisi demand kare jo scope me included nahi hai.

✔ Refund Only in Rare Cases (Company Discretion):

  • Humari galti se major delay ho (7–14 days se zyada)

  • Work abhi start nahi hua ho

Final decision humari company ka hoga — client refund claim force nahi kar sakta.

5. Modification & Cancellation of Project

(As per Plans)

Project me modification, changes, ya cancellation sirf unhi plans ke rules follow karenge jo client ne purchase kiya hai.

  • Extra features, pages, ya functionalities plan ke bahar honge to charges additional lagenge.

  • Cancellation charges plan ke according deduct honge.

  • Revisions limited hoti hain — additional revisions paid hongi as per plan.

6. Disclaimer

  • Hum Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads ke results ki 100% guarantee nahi dete — performance niche, budget, audience aur competition par depend karta hai.

  • Hum website security maintain karte hain, par 100% hack-proof guarantee possible nahi.

  • Agar client khud se website me changes kare to uske baad aane wali issues ki responsibility humari nahi hogi.

  • Third-party platforms (hosting, domain provider, payment gateway) ki issues humari responsibility nahi hoti.

  • Jo bhi information client provide karta hai, wo client ki zimmedari hai — kisi bhi wrong information ke consequences hum responsible nahi honge.

7. Termination

Hum kisi bhi service ko terminate karne ka adhikar rakhte hain agar:

  • Client repeatedly terms follow nahi karta.

  • Client abusive, threatening, ya disrespectful behavior kare.

  • Payment time par clear nahi karta.

  • Client project requirements constantly change karta rahe, jisse misuse lag raha ho.

Termination ke baad:

  • Koi refund applicable nahi hoga.

  • Work files ya progress handover karna company ki discretion me hoga
